Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only ship to Canada and the United States at this time.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on product availability and method of shipping selected when you check out. We let you know at checkout roughly how long it’ll be.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal or Stripe.
How do I choose the right
screw for my project?
Each product on our website has a general usage listed. If you would like more information, please contact us.
Is tracking provided for orders?
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, some of which include tracking.
What is your return policy?
Refunds can only be provided for unopened and undamaged products. If you’d like to return your item for a refund, please contact us directly to start the process.
Please be aware we cannot offer free shipping for returns and you will need to pay the postage to return the product.
Once the product is returned to us, we will initiate the refund. We will be in contact with you throughout the process to let you know when we’ve received your item and when the refund has been processed.
Do you offer bulk orders?
We do! Professional Members can receive discounts for over $1000 on their orders.
Do you create custom screw sizes?
All screws and sizes available on our website are only available as is. We do not manufacture the products featured in our online store.
Can anyone buy from Fastener Supply Co or only professionals?
We sell to anyone, although our products are recommended for building professionals.
My order hasn’t arrived. What can I do?
